In most cases if not all, you end up spending so much time and effort in the Launch of your business that once it’s done, you’re exhausted! You
get a few customers and business kicks off and then you get busy. So sooner rather than later, the hype and the excitement falls flat.
It’s only natural that the excitement will wear off eventually but don’t want to disappear from the market. Business owners tend to not wake up until its too late to redeem themselves. Here’s a few ways we think can help you automate your business so that it doesn’t have to see the dark side of marketing:
Share the Launch:
So what if it’s over – there’s a lot more to come. Share the launch with your followers, friends and the press. Send out social media posts, newsletters and update your website with the latest news and pictures relating to the launch. This keeps you in the talk of the town a little bit longer and also initiates people to come back to you.
Shout out
Tag those who helped you promote your events and spread the word on social media. It gives them credibility and helps expand viewership for your business and their’s. It’s a great way to engage your followers and keep them wanting to learn more about you and your business.
Send out a Survey
Within a day of two of the launch event, send out a survey to all those attended asking them for feedback. You can either have a set of questions that fulfil your market research or let them come back to you with their thoughts. But this is one way to get first hand feedback while the memory is fresh.
Invite them back
While you ask them to fill a survey, maybe entice them with a money off voucher the next time they visit or use your services. It gives them an incentive to fill in the survey and gives your business a kick start.
Get that marketing campaign rolling.
Ideally you will plan your marketing Before you Launch your New Business. So that once business kicks off, you’re not sitting there and struggling to figure out how should I market this coming month. Have a quarterly or half yearly marketing plan in place, based on your business. This keeps you in the news, visible to your prospective customer and in turn creates business opportunities.
Send out Monthly Newsletters
This is a great way to keep in touch with your followers and update them about your business achievements. Use this platform to announce new products, change of location, new achievements and even send out promotional offers. Encourage people to sign up to your newsletters by adding an Opt-in form on your website and social media channels.
